Roast Chicken Soup

Ingredients

• 1 onion chopped
• 1 large carrot
• 1/2 tablespoon thyme leaves
• 700 ml chicken stock
• 100g frozen peas
• 150 leftover roast chicken
• 1 1/2 tablespoon greek yogurt
• 1/2 small garlic clove
• squeeze lemon juice
