Ingredients

  1. 2 cups sugar
  2. 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  3. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  4. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  6. kosher salt
  7. 6 medium very crisp apples
  8. non stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Add sugar and corn syrup 1/2 cup water. Attach a candy thermometer.


  • pierce the apple through the stem ends.
  • When the temperature reads dip an apple
