Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- kosher salt
- 6 medium very crisp apples
- non stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Add sugar and corn syrup 1/2 cup water. Attach a candy thermometer.
