Cheese-stuffed Artichoke Bottoms

Ingredients

  1. 12 canned artichoke bottoms
  2. 1 cup cheese spread
  3. 2 round sliced tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges each
  4. 3 black olives, cut into wedges
  5. 12 small celery leaves
  • fill artichoke bottoms with cheese spread, then garnish each with 1 tomato wedge, 1 olive wedge and 1 celery leaf.
