Cheese-stuffed Artichoke Bottoms
Ingredients
- 12 canned artichoke bottoms
- 1 cup cheese spread
- 2 round sliced tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges each
- 3 black olives, cut into wedges
- 12 small celery leaves
- fill artichoke bottoms with cheese spread, then garnish each with 1 tomato wedge, 1 olive wedge and 1 celery leaf.
